Experience with the messy middle of delivery
We built ParcelBuddy, a delivery-issue platform where customers report late, damaged or missing parcels, tracking data is pulled automatically, and merchants respond through a magic-link portal and download evidence packs for courier claims.
We have also integrated major shipping carriers into our e-commerce platform, PixlCart, covering label creation and tracking for the US, UK, Canada and Australia. That combination gives us practical experience with tracking APIs, webhooks, rate limits and the edge cases carriers create.
We work with couriers, 3PLs, e-commerce brands and logistics startups that need custom workflows their off-the-shelf tools do not handle.

Frequently asked questions
Which carriers can you integrate?
Any carrier or aggregator with a documented API. We have worked with tracking aggregators and with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, DPD and Canada Post.
How do you control tracking API costs?
We only call tracking APIs for cases where tracking matters, cache results, and refresh on a schedule rather than on every page view.
Do you build custom software or sell an off-the-shelf product?
Both. We build custom platforms for clients, and some of our own products can be adapted or white-labelled. After a discovery call we recommend whichever route gives you the best result for the budget.
