Problems we solve
The best AI projects are not flashy. They take a task your team does every day and make it happen on its own, reliably.
What we automate
n8n or custom code
We pick the right tool for each job, and often use both: n8n for connecting business tools, code for heavy lifting inside your product.
What we don't do:we don't train or build AI models. We use proven models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google through their APIs, and focus on the part that creates value for you: connecting them to your data, tools and processes.
Every automation project includes
Process map & quick-win plan
We map the manual work, estimate time saved and start with the automation that pays back fastest.
Working automations
Built in n8n or code, connected to your real tools, with error handling and automatic retries.
Human review where it matters
Approval steps and confidence checks so a person signs off on anything important or uncertain.
Logs, alerts & cost limits
Every run is logged, failures alert your team, and AI usage has spending limits.
Documentation & handover
Clear notes on what each automation does and how to change it, plus a walkthrough with your team.
Support after launch
Optional monthly support to monitor, fix and extend your automations as your business changes.

Frequently asked questions
Do you build or train AI models?
No. We use proven models from OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini) through their APIs. Our work is connecting them to your data, tools and processes so they do useful work reliably.
Should we use n8n or custom code?
n8n is best for connecting business tools and processes your team may want to see and adjust. Custom code in Laravel or Node.js is best for high volume, complex logic, or AI features inside your own product. Many projects use both, and we recommend one after the discovery call.
Which tools can you connect?
Anything with an API or webhooks: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, HubSpot and other CRMs, Shopify, Stripe, accounting tools, email, SMS, databases and your own software.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
We design for it. Outputs are checked against rules, anything uncertain goes to a person for approval, and every run is logged so problems are easy to trace and fix.
Is our data safe, and is it used to train AI models?
We use provider API settings that do not use your data for training, send only the data each step needs, and can self-host n8n on your own server. We document exactly what goes where.
How do you keep AI costs under control?
We use the smallest model that does the job well, cache repeated work, set spending limits and track usage, so you know the running cost before launch.
Can you add AI to our existing product?
Yes. Most of our AI work is adding features such as summaries, document processing, smart search or a support assistant to products that already exist.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do. Once invoices are paid, all source code, designs and documentation are yours. We work under a written contract and sign an NDA before discussing sensitive details.
